Blonde young receptionist with glasses should not be there. Not helpful at all. We arrived there 9:50 for a booking for 10:00 appointment. Unfortunately we forgot to bring our referal. I told her we live 5 minutes away. She said she needs it before 10am. When we had a scan there we always waited at least 15 to 30 minutes to be called in. Always waited to be scanned. Why we have to wait for you all the time and you cant??? I told her please check us in i ll bring the referal less than 10minutes.
If it was a charity or public hospital the attitude was ok. I wasn't expecting that while im paying the whole amount.
As most of other patients say please consider to hire some professionals for your front desk.
